Chittorgarh Fort is the largest fort in India. Standing on 180 meters high hill, the fort covers an area of 700 Acres. Chittorgarh fort is also called as Water Fort because the fort features many water harvesting structures. Enough water could be stored to last 12 months.

Chittorgarh Fort is one of the six forts that comprises UNESCO World Heritage site "Hillforts of Rajastan".
