The only official flag in Northern Ireland is the Union Flag of the United Kingdom. 

The card shows the Ulster Banner, used by the Northern Ireland government from 1953 until the government and parliament were abolished in 1973. Since then, it has had no official status.

Bourges Cathedral is a Roman Catholic church located in Bourges, France. The cathedral is the seat of the Archbishop of Bourges. Built between the late 12th and late 13th centuries, it is considered one of the great masterpieces of Gothic art.

Hälsingland is a small area of north-eastern Sweden, bordering the Gulf of Bothnia. It is known for its richly decorated, wooden farmhouses and associated farm buildings.

Decorated Farmhouses of Hälsingland is a UNESCO World Heritage site. Seven timber houses are listed, representing the zenith of a regional timber building tradition that dates back to the Middle Ages.

Okapi Wildlife Reserve | DR Congo

The Okapi Wildlife Reserve occupies about one-fifth of the Ituri forest in the north-east of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The reserve contains threatened species of primates and birds and about 5,000 of the estimated 30,000 okapi surviving in the wild.

Okapi Wildlife Reserve is a UNESCO World Heritage site. The postcard was stamped and postmarked in Uvira but sent inside cover from Burundi.

Huai Kha Khaeng Wildlife Sanctuary | Thailand

The Huai Kha Khaeng Wildlife Sanctuary is part of the largest intact seasonal tropical forest complex in Mainland Southeast Asia. The sanctuary is home to largest population of tigers in Thailand.

Thungyai-Huai Kha Khaeng Wildlife Sanctuaries is a UNESCO World Heritage site.
