San Pietro is an island of volcanic
origin, approximately 7 kilometres off the coast of Sardinia. With 51
square kilometers it is the sixth largest island of Italy. The island has a population
of about 6,000.
Cala Vinagra is almost a fiord (actually an inlet) with
a little island.
