The Bosnia and Herzegovina flag was officially adopted in February, 1998. This flag has a very unusual shape, its width-to-length ratio is 1 to 2. Much wider than most flags.The peaks of the yellow triangle represent three nations: Croats, Serbs, and Bosnians.
