Kakadu National Park | Australia
Postcard
Kakadu National Park is Australia’s largest national park. It extends from the coast and estuaries in the north of Australia through floodplains, billabongs and lowlands to rocky ridges and stone country in the south. The name Kakadu is the result of the European interpretation of a local Aboriginal floodplain language, called Gagudju.
Kakadu National Park is a UNESCO World Heritage site.
