Early Christian Necropolis of Péc | Hungary

Pécs is the fifth largest city of Hungary. In the 4th century A.D. a remarkable series of decorated tombs were constructed in the cemetery in the Roman town of Sopianae. The ruins that survived under the ground and are situated in the current city of Pécs.

Early Christian Necropolis of Pécs (Sopianae) is a UNESCO World Heritage site.
