Konstantin palace (since 2003 - The National Congress Palace) is a beautiful monument of architecture and landscape art located on the picturesque coastline of the Gulf of Finland, less than 20 km away from the centre of St. Petersburg.

Historic Centre of Saint Petersburg and Related Groups of Monuments is a UNESCO World Heritage site. One of the component parts of this site is the Historical Centre of the Village of Strelna, including Strelninsky Palace.

Tsarskoye Selo ("Tsar's Village"), the Pavlovsk Palace, Kronstadt and Yekaterininsky Palace are also part of this site.
