Bangkok is
the capital and the most populous city of Thailand with over eight million
inhabitants.
The
temple of Wat Phra Kaew, meaning The Temple of the Emerald Buddha, is located in the historic centre of Bangkok.
It’s full official name is Wat Phra Si Rattana Satsadaram. The Emerald Buddha
is a dark green statue, approximately 66 centimetres tall, carved from a single
jade stone.
