The Aran Islands are a group of three
islands located at the mouth of Galway Bay, on the west coast of Ireland. Inishmor
is the smallest of the Aran islands.
Dún Eochla is a superb stone ring fort located at the
highest point on Inishmore. Built sometime between 550 and 800 A.D.
