Postcard
Rohtas Fort is a garrison fort built in 1541 by the Afghan
king Sher Shah Suri, a strategic site in the north of what is now Pakistan. The
main fortifications consist of the massive walls, which extend for more than 4
km. The fort has 12 gates and 68 bastions.
