Selimiye Mosque and Uzunköprü bridge | Turkey

The Selimiye Mosque is an Ottoman imperial mosque, which is located in the city of Edirne, Turkey. Selimiye Mosque and its Social Complex is a UNESCO World Heritage site.
The bottom picture shows the 1,392 m long Uzunköprü Bridge, built between 1426 and 1443. When it was first completed, the structure was the longest bridge in the Ottoman Empire and later Turkey, a title which it held for 530 years until 1973. The Bridge of Uzunköprü is on the tentative list.
