Hansestadt Greifswald | Germany
Postcard
Greifswald is a city in northeastern Germany. Its official name is University and Hanseatic City of Greifswald. At the end of the 13th century Greifswald became one of the earliest members of the Hanseatic League.
Formidably gabled buildings and brick houses line one of the most beautiful historic market squares in the entire North of Germany. The origins of the Town Hall (the building in red) date back to 13th century.
