The Boyana Church is a medieval Bulgarian Orthodox church situated on the outskirts of Sofia. One part of this church dates back to the 10th century.

Boyana Church is a UNESCO World Heritage site. According to UNESCO, this site is one of the most complete and perfectly preserved monuments of east European medieval art.
