The Sahara is the largest hot desert in the world. Covering large parts of Algeria, Chad, Egypt, Libya, Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, Niger, Western Sahara, Sudan and Tunisia. Over 9 million square kilometers of desert!

Such scenery is alluring until I remember how hot it gets there. The sands write a different story each day--all day. Beautiful cards.
