Nuorilang Waterfall | China

Located 400km from Chengdu, the capital city of Sichuan, Nuorilang Waterfall is favorably located in the central Jiuzhaigou Vally. At an altitude of 2365 meters, it is one of the biggest Travertine waterfalls in China. With a height of 20 meters and a width of 270 meters, Nuorilang Waterfall is the widest fall in China.

Jiuzhaigou Valley Scenic and Historic Interest Area is a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Bassari and Bedik people | Senegal

The Bassari people are living in Senegal, Ghana, Gambia, Guinea and Guinea-Bissau. The total population is between 10,000 and 30,000. The Bedick, or Bedik, are a minority ethnic group of Africa. They live in villages in the most isolated area of eastern Senegal.

Bassari Country: Bassari, Fula and Bedik Cultural Landscapes is a UNESCO World Heritage site. The 100 meters high Dindefelo Falls are part of the Niokolo-Koba National Park, another UNESCO World Heritage site.

Cascades de Tanougou | Benin

Tanougou Falls is a waterfall in the Atakora mountains on the edge of the Pendjari Game Park in the north of Benin, part of Pendjari National Park.

W-Arly-Pendjari Complex is a UNESCO World Heritage site located in Benin, Burkina Faso and Niger. It includes the largest and most important continuum of terrestrial, semi-aquatic and aquatic ecosystems in the West African savannah belt.

The property is a refuge for wildlife species that have disappeared elsewhere in West Africa or are highly threatened.

Iguaçu National Park | Brazil

El Valle de Antón | Panama

The small town of El Valle de Antón is located about 120 km from Panama City. The village, with 6,200 inhabitants is nestled in the huge caldera of an extinct volcano.

With an extensive network of trails, this is a superb place for walking, hiking or horseback riding. Nearby forests offer excellent birdwatching, and the valleys of El Valle are home to an impressive set of waterfalls as well as the increasingly rare golden frog.

Bering Island | Russia

The Commander Islands are located in the Bering Sea, 175 kilometers to the east of Kamchatka. Bering Island is the largest and westernmost of the Commander Islands. The island is treeless, desolate and experiences severe weather, including high winds, persistent fog and earthquakes.

In 1741 Commander Vitus Bering, sailing for the Russian Navy, was shipwrecked and died on Bering Island, along with 28 of his men.

Waterfalls in Kuldīga | Latvia

Kuldiga is a town on the Venta River in Latvia. The town is famous for having the widest waterfall in Europe (110m): Ventas Rumba.
 
In 1368, Kuldiga became a member of the Hanseatic League of trading cities because of its location as a river port with an outlet to the Baltic Sea.

Kuang Si Falls | Laos

The Kuang Si Falls is a three tier waterfall near the city of Luang Prabang in Laos. The falls begin in shallow pools atop a steep hillside.
The pools lead to the main fall with a 60 metres cascade. The water collects in numerous turquoise blue pools as it flows downstream.

Kakadu National Park | Australia


Postcard
Kakadu National Park is Australia’s largest national park. It extends from the coast and estuaries in the north of Australia through floodplains, billabongs and lowlands to rocky ridges and stone country in the south. The name Kakadu is the result of the European interpretation of a local Aboriginal floodplain language, called Gagudju.

Im not 100% sure but I think the waterfall showing is Twin Falls.

Blanche Marie Falls | Suriname

The impressive Blanche Marie Falls are located more than 300 km southwest of Paramaribo, capital of Suriname. It is one of the largest waterfalls in Suriname.
 
The Blanche Marie falls were rediscovered in 1897 by former district commissioner of Nickerie: Lieutenant Van Drimmelen. He named the falls after his wife: Mary White.

The island of Guam is located in the western Pacific Ocean, somewhere between Papua New Guinea and Japan. It is an unincorporated territory of the United States, just like American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands.

Tasmania's World Heritage Forests

The forests of Southern Tasmania contain the world’s tallest hardwood forests, with trees up to 100m tall. These forests are part of the Unesco World Heritage list since June 2013, inscribed under the name Tasmanian Wilderness.
 
The Abbott Government have asked the World Heritage Committee to consider removing 74,000ha of Tasmania's World Heritage forests when they meet in Doha in June 2014. The government asked to delist these forests so they can be logged and mined.

Australia Post celebrated the 88th birthday of Queen Elizabeth II with the release of one domestic base-rate (70c) stamp and one international rate ($2.60) stamp.
